She holds several entertainment intellectual properties — including the original Exorcista universe — cementing her legacy as a prolific creator. Her rare combination of artistic vision and business acumen has built an ecosystem where creativity drives billion-dollar industries.

Gene Avakyan

Aerospace engineer and technology strategist with 30 years architecting enterprise systems that move billions in transactions. UCLA Aerospace Engineering, Pepperdine MBA. A member of InfraGard — the FBI–private-sector partnership protecting U.S. critical infrastructure — Gene brings national-security-level rigor to everything he builds. He engineered procurement platforms managing $13B+ in contracts for the City of Los Angeles and the FAA, then brought that systems-thinking discipline to VUGA Group's technology portfolio, where he scales SaaS platforms serving legal, healthcare, public safety, and now logistics.

Why we built this.

Talk to ten mid-market freight forwarders and you will hear ten variations on the same problem. Enterprise TMS vendors quote six-month implementations and five-figure monthly bills. The cloud-native “disruptors” assume you already have a full-stack engineer. Spreadsheets are everywhere.

In the middle of all that is an operator trying to respond to an RFQ before the shipper takes lunch with a competitor. Nobody was building software for that operator on a realistic budget, so we did.

LogisticsPrizm is pre-launch and we are picky about who we onboard first. We would rather have twenty Founding Customers we can actually help than two hundred we can't.
